INTERSCIENCE products are sold in more than 80 countries, to distributors and large end users, in the food and agro-food, medical, cosmetic and pharmaceutical businesses.
INTERSCIENCE’s headquarters are located in France with one office located near Boston, MA since 2002 and another office in China
The company actively participate in 2-3 trade shows each year in the US.
To better address the market potential in the North America, INTERSCIENCE is seeking an Area Sales Representative to take the overall sales responsability in the US and Canada.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and develop existing customer database,
Visit current and potential customers (travel required 50 to 60 %),
Follow up and process sales leads issued from prospecting, trade
shows, marketing campaigns, telephone inquiries,
Motivate and assist distributor sales personnel to increase sales of
INTERSCIENCE products,
Demonstrate products to end-users and distributors,
Train distributor sales and marketing personnel on INTERSCIENCE products.
Attend industry trade shows to promote INTERSCIENCE products.
Oversee administration and office
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor degree required
2 years + in sales experience
Experience in laboratory / microbiology B2B sales a plus
Organized with strong communication skills
Engaging, strong sales-motivated personality
Willing and able to travel in the US / Canadian territories
Quick learner and able to work independently
Self-motivated and committed to being successful
Friendly, able to handle multiple tasks
Valid driver’s license.
